Access to good water can be a bit challenging. As the main source of water supply good for drinking can become contaminated as a result of flood, storm, pipe break and some issues. So you have to ensure that you drink water that is free from contamination.

5. GET ENOUGH SLEEP 

The amount of sleep needed varies from person to person. Newborns sleep for 16 to 18 hours a day, toddlers about 14 hours while pre-schoolers about 11 to 12 hours, adolescents should sleep for about 9 or 10 hours while adults from 7 to eight hours’ daily. This is important so as to
